If you have been a victim of POATRI Usury (Inflated interest charges) you
can file a Federal Trade Commission Complaint through their online Consumer
Protection Dept. here:

I just bought several acres within Terlingua Ranch, both in Cedar Springs and Solitario.
I have been reading on all the political ongoings with TRRP and POATRI and I am wondering if this is starting to die down.
I don't mind paying fees for the roads being maintained so long as the people that we are paying and entrusting to govern "our" money, do so in an extremely professional and competent manner.
I am also curious if my owning lands in different areas of Terlingua will increase the fees that I have to pay per year.
I am not currently residing there (Terlingua) but will be as soon as my company sends me to run a factory in Zacatecas, Mexico.
I have seen some great links to Terlingua and Terlingua Ranch. Does anyone have any other links that aren't as easily found with google? Thank you all.
The Lawsuit has been settled.
It was obvious from the outset, that suing Mr Suber would be a mistake.
I am not going to like seeing gates everywhere, but I don't own all the land out there and realize I don't have a say on others land.
Access is absolute in Brewster county for you and your personal property. There are a few easements that are out here, but you need to see which type.
I hope the BOD are reading this, TOLD YA SO!
